As a co-founder of Delbridge, a leading provider of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solutions, Harjot’s responsibilities include overseeing the Sales and Professional Services organizations ensure client success.  With over 15 years of experience in CPM, Harjot’s unique combination of functional and technical know-how helps clients select and implement CPM solutions following best practices. Prior to Delbridge, Harjot served as the Client Director of IBM’s Performance Management Professional Services organization where he was responsible for managing key enterprise accounts in North America.
