Course Description

This session focuses on state-specific ethics requirements and decision-making. We will take a look at the entire CR&R and policies of the Colorado Board of Accountancy as required for regulatory ethics courses. The presentation will delve into relevant, state-specific requirements for both accountants working in private industry and in public accounting.

  • Define the requirements of AICPA Code of Professional Conduct—Common Practical Topics

  • Recognize key Colorado Rules and Regulations for CPAs (CR&R)

  • Identify the content of the Accounting Policies of the Colorado Board of Accountancy
