Seth is a member of the Nonprofit Practice at FORVIS, based in Chicago. He has almost 20 years of experience with both nonprofit and for-profit organizations.

He started his career as an accountant for the University of California San Francisco Medical Center, where he created financial models and implemented new database systems. After seven years, he moved to a national nonprofit, leading the financial planning and analysis team. While he was there, he oversaw profit and loss projections, financial reporting, budget creation, investment, and cash flow analysis while shaping the overall strategic business objectives of $30M in revenue and a $150M endowment.

Seth helped modernize the organization by implementing centralized financial, donor, sales, and grant management systems and leveraging data warehouses to break data out of organizational silos. The results allowed the creation of KPI dashboards in Tableau and Power BI that helped improve efficiency and strategic decisions.

He is a graduate of Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois, with a B.S. degree in business and is an M.B.A. degree candidate at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
